IUPAT Team Members from Columbus Ohio were featured on a 10TV WBNS news story showcasing their contributions on the IUPAT DC-6 Day of Community Action.IUPAT members worked to rehab a donated house that will be the first brick and mortar facility for The Freeman House, a nonprofit that provides a sanctuary for recovery through a continuum of care, building trusting relationships that last, while living a clean and sober lifestyle. Once completed, the Freeman House will be home to 6 – 8 women who will receive supportive services necessary so they don’t have to return to their old lifestyle to survive.
